Slime is a gloopy sticky substance that kids love to make. It consists of usually 2 parts for basic slime. This is Glue and Activator. The activator is a special liquid that makes the glue behave almost like a slimey rubber. This basic slime can then be added to using glitter and food coloring to get unique colours and looks.
How to make slime without glue
If you cant touch glue or dont have access to it you can still make slime using a few other ingredients. You can make slime without glue by collecting the following ingredients:
- Yoghurt
- Cornstarch
- Food Colouring
- Mixing Bowl
- Spoon
Mix all these ingredients in a bowl until you get the desired consistency. Add glitter and food coloring at the end of the mix and mead in well.
How to make slime without activator
Activator is the best way to make slime, however, there are ways to make slime without activator. To make slime without activator you can use bicarbonate soda. Mix your glue in a bowl and add a tea spoon of bicard soda until you achieve the desired mix.
How to make fluffy slime
Fluffy slime is slime that has a unique “fluffy” texture. This slime is made by combining shaving foam into the mix. The reaction with chemicals in the shaving foam gives the foam a completely different texture and feel.
